Italian Pizza Cooking Course
During the lessons we will discuss the ingredients and purchase them together. You will learn all about the technique of knead and its proper handling. The proper maturation and leavening. The stuffing. The correct way of cooking in the oven. At the end of the course you'll be able to make a roud truth italian pizza.

Italian Herbs and Vegetables Cooking Course
Rugni in the local Italian language are undefined species of eatable
wild plants most of them very common all over Europe. We pick the plants
during spring and autumn. These species are very healthy when seasons
are changing. In the course you will learn how to recognize the right
ones, how to collect them, and how to cook simple and delicious dishes,
please see below for more details.
During each cooking class we prepair a full menu with, antipasti, first
and second course, vegetables and dessert. After each lesson the prepaired
menu is served to the participants in the restaurant. *Each member of
the course receives at the beginning of the holiday a detailed program
of the week with the description of the recipes.

Italian Pasta Cooking Course
During the lessons we will analyze the ingredients and how to purchase them. The technique of knead and its proper handling. The correct way of cooking the pasta. At the end of the course you'll be able to make a trouth italian home made pasta and ravioli.

Detailed program - Cooking Courses
This is a preliminary program and will be
altered to accommodate seasonal activities or local festivals. However
the essential content
of the itinerary will remain the same.
Day 1
- In the afternoon arrival at the Dragoncello agriturismo, aperitif and introduction.
- 8.00 pm Welcome dinner at the Dragoncello restaurant, Introduction to the course program by your hosts.
- During each cooking lesson we prepair a full menu with aperitif, antipasti, first and second course, vegetables and dessert. After each lesson the prepaired menu is served to the participants in the restaurant.
Day 2
- Tranquil awakening at the peacefull agriturismo. The accommodation at the Dragoncello agriturismo is in an independent apartment with kitchen. 10.00 am Cooking Course.
Day 3
- At leisure.
Day 4
- 10 .00 am Cooking course at the Dragoncello restaurant.
1.00 pm Brunch at the Dragoncello restaurant.
Day 5
- At leisure.
Day 6
- At leisure.
Day 7
- Morning at leisure.
4 .00 pm Cooking course at the Dragoncello restaurant.
Dinner at the Dragoncello restaurant.
Day 8
- After preparations farewell and departure...
General description of the cooking holiday
The cooking classes are held in English
at the Dragoncello restaurant, by the Italian host Marco.
The course will be done for a minimum 6 people and maximum 10 people.
